Empowering birth education.

We offer both Childbirth Education, as well as HypnoBirthing® workshops.

Childbirth Education is a six part workshop consisting of extensive birth education, pain management techniques, newborn care, postpartum health and breastfeeding education. The classes are interactive and engaging for both moms and their partners.

HypnoBirthing® is a five part workshops that give effective techniques to have a smooth and tranquil birth experience.

They are taught by a certified HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator, doula, and board certified lactation consultant.
